[Issue]: Mobile Saved Account Detail Block: Cant Manage Payment Methods #91

Describe the Issue in Detail

Some users are reporting that they can't manage their saved payment methods in the mobile app. This has not affected me personally, but I have seen it demonstrated and I had another user\staff with the same issue so I had her record it. When navigating to the Manage Payment Methods(Saved Accounts block page) from the mobile giving block, then selecting a saved account to manage(Saved Account Detail) some users are presented with an error. I will include a video of this.

Can reproduce in

  • Orange App
  • Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On our app go to the giving page
  2. Select the 3 dots on the top right
  3. Select Manage Payment Methods
  4. Select a saved account
  5. see the error

There is more to this so I'm not sure how to reproduce it without one of the users. If it's helpful I can facilitate a scheduled discussion. I will also report this to MyWell as they might have some insight to the situation knowing the specific users who are experiencing this.

Expected Behavior

All users should be able to manage their saved accounts.

Actual Behavior

Some users receive an error saying "There was an error loading the saved account details."

Something I noticed when watching the video is there are no card numbers. On my device that works, I can see the last 4.
