[Issue]: Nav Bar Color Breaks after visiting a page with the nav bar hidden

Describe the Issue in Detail

I have a simple user flow in our app that goes from Login > Landing Page > Logout. Authenticated users without staff security roles are the only ones who visit the landing page, so we hide the nav bar to prevent them from gaining access to the "view profile" page (this is linked in our nav bar).

However, when a user visits the landing page and subsequently clicks "log out", the styling at the top of the device is incorrect.

• Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a login page
2. Redirect the authenticated user to a page that hides the nav bar and displays full screen. Include a logout button which returns the user to the login page.

Expected Behavior

I expect the styling in the top nav to be equal to the initial visit to the login page when the app launched.

Actual Behavior

The nav bar area itself returns to our expected color, but the system tray that displays the clock, wifi signal, etc. maintains an unstyled white background.

I think I can simplify the test case down to the following.

1. Load a standard page
2. Navigate to a page with "Show Full Screen" and "Hide Navigation Bar" checked.
3. Navigate from there to another standard page.

Hey @bradencohen, Thanks for checking in! Yes, I am still having this problem. Let me get you some more specifics for my specific scenario.

1. User accesses action menu through nav bar profile photo
2. User is sent to a page that contains a <Rock:Redirect /> control
3. The redirect appends a person GUID and sends them to the page with the person profile.

I sent you a video via DM showing the behavior (it has some of my personal info on the final screen so didn't want to post it here) on 7.0.11 (current orange app shell) - Android pixel 8 running OS 15 and API 35.

We attempted to reproduce the issue using your simplified test case but were not able to replicate it. However, we did resolve several issues related to the navigation bar.

Could you please install the latest Blue app and try again using your simplified test case? Let us know if the issue still occurs.

I think I can simplify the test case down to the following.

2. Navigate to a page with "Show Full Screen" and "Hide Navigation Bar" checked.
3. Navigate from there to another standard page.
