[Issue]: Connection Request Detail Block Truncates Activity Notes

Describe the Issue in Detail

When viewing a connection request in the Connection Request Detail block, the list of activities truncates the note for each activity, and there is no way to view the entire contents of the note.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Connections pages/blocks in a Rock Mobile app.
2. Navigate to the page that has the Connection Request Detail block on it, for a connection request that has activities with longer note(s).
3. See that longer notes on connection request activities are truncated and unreadable.

Expected Behavior

The entire note of each connection request activity should be visible, so the person working on the request can have full context as to what has already happened with the request.

It would be really nice if the lava template for the activities list on the Connection Request Detail block was still utilized – that would enable churches to make the decision on how the activities list looks/functions.

Actual Behavior

When viewing a connection request in the Connection Request Detail block, longer notes on connection request activities are truncated and there is no way to read them in their entirety.

I can verify this on a pixel 9 Android 16 phone and on an iPhone 14 iOS 26 on the Ark App with shell version 1.8.0.4.

@briankalwat @asdf1nit This issue has been fixed in the next mobile shell update. The fix ensures that when an activity is tapped, a cover sheet opens and displays the full note.

Can you help me understand why the activities need to be truncated in the first place? If it is due to the swipe to edit/delete UI, I think those functions could easily be accomplished via a visual control instead of a gesture-based interaction that people may or may not discover.

Personally, I do not think that having to tap into each activity to view it is a great user experience – especially when a staff member or volunteer is attempting to scan a list of activities to quickly gain context before following up on a request.

@briankalwat some some activity messages can be quite long, sometimes from an automated process. To avoid this page from having a massive scroll, messages are truncated with the option to tap and view the full content. We agree there's room for improvement here in a future release, but wanted to provide a fix for the short-term.

If an individual creates an activity with a note, the ability to view the content within a coversheet works. It does appear that any System created activity does not allow its full content to be read within a cover sheet.
