[Issue]: Chat notification not coming through

We are no longer receiving chat notifications.

Can reproduce in

• Orange App
• Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

When a chat message is sent it sends fine, but nobody is getting a notification.

Expected Behavior

A notification should come through

Actual Behavior

No notification

@daddyr to clarify, notifications were coming through previously, but after upgrading to Core v18.1 they stopped being sent to any devices? Do you know what Core version you were running before the upgrade?

Yes, it was working then now it doesn't. I have tested on an iPhone, iPad and Android. I'm not sure if it quit right after update, but it was working before, then now isn't. They were on 17, but can't remember which dot release, i think it was pretty up to date

Is the anything I can be looking into on our end for this, it is the last piece to getting the app launched?
