[BUG] UI Becomes Unresponsive When Alt-Tabbing

Half of the time when Alt-Tabbing in and out of the application, the UI will become frozen/unresponsive. In order to fix this, I have to continue to Alt-Tab until it decides to work. This also sometimes happens when opening modals from cards, such as the file path in the "Link" card.

Ah, I meant to also ask, did this happen shortly after a Windows update? Or maybe a driver update?
