Get rid of ndarray #37
Description
It was a good crutch while it lasted, but it's a large dependency and we don't use much of it...
- Replace the
*Reprtypes with owned and references slices - Implement custom strides for cases mapping from an interleaved buffer (or remove feature entirely and force a copy from interleaved?)
