Figure out how to add CSS modules

When I add the module tag on my <style> tag it adds the $style attribute to the component, but breaks the stylus code.

I'm not sure why this is happening, tried to debug, but can't find any posts where someone is trying to use stylus and css-modules.

Could you take a quick look before I post an issue on the vue-loader github and look like an asshole? @doman412
