Implement relative sizes

The UI library should have a base font-size, then scale other sizes automatically with ems or rems, or whatever. I.E button.xs font size should be .8em or maybe a calculation on a default, or maybe it's own variable.

i was looking at this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/length
the padding of inputs and buttons and stuff should probably be relative sizes, so if the font changes, it scales.
rem refers to the font-size root element. ( element)
em refers to the elements font-size

i think em is probably the way to go.
