Add Permissions + Standardize + Wording

Add required permissions to each route that requires permissions.
Standardize the IDs of each route.
Add trailing slashes to match the server's configuration.
Update wording to better reflect what is happening in various routes.
Deleted user patch route since that doesn't exist on the server any more.
