Replace claude.mjs with wrapper that defers to socket-registry

The wrapper now:
- Automatically detects if socket-registry repo is missing
- Prompts user to clone socket-registry when needed (Y/n)
- Offers to update socket-registry if claude.mjs is missing
- Imports and runs the canonical version from socket-registry

This makes socket-registry the single source of truth for all Claude utilities.
