it seems that most of the classes in commerce will eventually relate to BudgetLinePerspective and several instances of BudgetLinePerspective will relate to each other to make a BudgetPerspective. Is BudgetPerspective going to relate to individual users or organizations, or is BudgetPerspective something anyone will have access to?
