Add some more introductory material on landing page?

I'm reading about SketchUp, and Ruby extensions for it, and googling points me to this repo. On arrival I see that "This is a Ruby debugger framework for SketchUp 2014 and later." but at this point I don't really have enough context to know what that means.

I'm interested to know things like:

• what is meant by 'debugger framework for Sketchup'?
• what benefit does it bring, on top of a regular ruby extension for VSCode?
