Heatmaps

Add playable heatmaps to stats pages to show things like:

• kills
• deaths
• damage
• pickups
• ubers
• objects built

Been thinking about the lack of heatmaps/heatmapping in comp TF2, which might help mappers improve/create new maps for competitive play. I plan to start looking at this with a friend and would be interested in contributing to SS.
