Add option to specify stv folder

Not really an "issue" but more of an "enhancement" which I can't seem to select or find.

Add a command specify a folder to record the stv to..
ex: sizz_stats_stvfolder "stv" // goes to tf/stv/

May or may not already know this can be done when constructing the demo file name. Just add a "path" string before year/etc. Make sure the path folder is created before hand if it does not exist.

tv_record "stv/demoname"

Another suggestion that isn't as nice/important is to have the stv record all rounds in one demo. Ex: continue recording after the first half of a match ends (such as on payload) and continue into the second half and overtime if needed.

The suggestion of being able to specify a folder sounds reasonable and doable.

The second suggestion of combining stv demos from rounds isn't currently possible. Unless we can think of a very accurate way to ensure the two match halves are linked (some good heuristics being the best guess), I don't think this will be implemented.
