Show a summary of who the approvers are for environments

As an auditor, I want to be able to review who has approval rights on environments.

Most likely interested in production environments.

Would be nice to have this able to summarise across all projects in Azure DevOps in addition to just within a specific project. (This would be limited to which projects are visible to the current user)
