In VS2017 solution Nuget.Config is not take into account while loading the solution

in VS2017 RC the solution Nuget.config is not loaded.
As a result, the Sitecore nuget source is not recoginzed. if you have this problem, pleased add the Sitecore nuget Source to your VS using the Pakcage Manager.
