Freeze message says 'you cannot chat' even if chat behavior allows chatting or shadow mute

There is no separate message depending on chat behavior, causing a confusing message when someone is frozen. This could be solved by making a more basic default message, such as 'you are frozen', or having a more dynamic message based on the current settings
