[3.0] Fontawesome broken on CDNJS

Cloudflare is slow and has a broken package system, preventing many packages from getting updated. We don't need to make any changes, but keeping this open as a good reference.

We don't even officially support CDNjs at the moment do we? I know I submitted a PR for it at one point but I think we were waiting on the new theme stuff before merging that in.

cdnjs/clloudflare is now in 3.0. It was apart of the theme stuff and was pulled out.
