[Feature] Adding a notification when student get a new grade

When student get new grade, similarly to the normal Librus app, you get a notification.

Additional context
I forgot it's premium feature but i hope you can find a way to implement this.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking about adding notifications to the app but the proper solution requires the paid plan from users.
However, since I'm planning the rewrite mentioned at #97 I will try to find a way to implement notifications in other way (maybe just as a background task).

Since there is no offline data yet, an easy way to implement notifications is comparing a hash of the grades API response.

The background task only stores one value (lastGradesHash).

When the API response hash changes, the app fires a local notification.

This requires no premium plan, no backend and no local database.

It’s a simple and effective way to detect new grades.

It's not an issue with which data to handle but how to handle it.
There is no system in place to properly fetch data in the background and I don't think capacitor even supports that.
How it should work in terms of handling the data is pretty simple - just saving the date of last grade and check if any grades after fetch are newer than that - then we can even send a more detailed notification.

You're right — the main difficulty isn’t the data itself but the lack of a reliable background-fetch system in Capacitor. Background work is possible, but it depends on the platform (Android is more permissive, iOS is very restricted), so it can’t run on strict intervals.

As for the data handling:
timestamp-based comparison is better than hashing, because it not only detects that grades changed but also lets us know which grades are new and create more detailed notifications. Hashing only tells us “something changed”.

Implementing the logic itself shouldn’t be complicated — the authorization + fetchGrades flow is already there, so running a lightweight “fetch → compare timestamps → notify” task in background would be straightforward once a background mechanism is chosen.

As I said, the only issue is the background data fetching.
Since the plans of migration to NativeScript I don't think I will invest any more time into research of this scenario.

As of now, this feature along with other notifications is planned after the migration which I still don't know will happen until I see a grow in app's userbase since I don't have much time dedicate for Librusek while it's used by less than 15 users.
