Version Information

I was looking for a "check for updates" function or stamped version information.
Maybe it's a "v0.5 Made with <3 by Shrey113" or a version mention in the settings panel.

That's a good one ... I add version on all side Android and desktop side

Also attach like "cheking for update" that will auto update if available

But all updates tack long time i am going for long vacation so ...
