Support dynamic gridmaps #53
Description
Add support for dynamic gridmaps using the format of the GPPC^2 Dynamic Track competition: https://github.com/gppc-dev/startkit-dynamic
What we want here:
- Add a new parser to scenario_loader (dynamic scenarios are v2)
- Add a new experiment runner that loads and applies patches as specified in the scenario file, before running the next set of queries
