Scenario Cost Output

Currently, running warthog outputs a column "scost" holding the scenario provided solution cost.

Make changes:

- Remove scost from output
- Change checkopt flag to print output
- Give checkopt custom parameter to specify the type of cost to use (i.g. 8-connected, anyangle) from the dynamic file format
