Describe the bug

View all notifications button in nav bar notifications dropdown outside of screen margin on lower resolution screens (1024x768)

Expected behavior

Button would appear on lower resolution screens

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On Browserstack or a device with screen resolution 1024x768, Go to https://boilerplate-client-react.shift3sandbox.com/
2. Login as admin
3. Click notification icon in nav bar
4. Click Unread or Read
5. Confirm View all notifications button is not visible
