Describe the bug

Nothing appears in read section in notification nav dropdown when Mark all as Read is clicked

Expected behavior

Read section in nav bar dropdown would contain read notifications

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
(Note this requires having unread messages, you will need two admin accounts one to create farms and one to receive the notifications)

1. Go to https://boilerplate-client-react.shift3sandbox.com/
2. Login as admin
3. Click on the notification icon in the nav bar
4. Click mark all as read
5. Click Read
6. Confirm there is nothing in the read section

Read notifications do appear in the read section when user clicks View all notifications > Read
