Describe the bug

HTML number ' displayed in place of apostrophe in farm name in dropdown notification list

Expected behavior

Apostrophe in the farm name would display as an apostrophe

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
(Note this will require having a second admin user account or verification from another admin user because admin does not receive notifications regarding accounts they create)

1. Go to https://boilerplate-client-react.shift3sandbox.com/
2. Login as admin
3. Create another admin user and go through activation process if you do not have a second admin account
4. Create a new farm in the directory, use an apostrophe in the name (i.e. Alicia's Farm)
5. Login as the new admin user
6. View Notifications
7. Confirm HTML number ' appears in place of the ' in the dropdown notification
