[Enhancement] - Changes > `Load More` Button extends outside the border of the modal

Describe the bug

Part of the Load More button on the changes modal is outside of the modal border

Expected behavior

Button would be contained within the modal border

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://boilerplate-client-react.shift3sandbox.com/
2. Login as admin
3. Click Administration > Users
4. Select a user from the list
5. Scroll down to Latest Changes section and click Show all __ changes...
6. Confirm button extends outside the bottom of the modal border

Additional context

This was not observed on Macbook or Android devices
