Skins entity missing owner, overwritting skin name problem.

Describe the bug
I have issue, with missing weapon entity owner, that leads to two problems:

1. Altering default weapon skin
2. Other player weapon name in my hud

To Reproduce

1. If user have default skin, and drop it to ground to player that has skin on weapon, it changes default skin to other player skin, and after player with default skin pick it up, it has skin of other player instead of defualt (entity owner).
2. Additional issue with what i describe higher is that weapon name in hud starts to change to actual weapon name of player that altered skin, so when he for example has awp | asiimov in hands, i with default ak can see his weapon name, and if he change weapon to for example deagle | kumicho, my hud weapon name updates to deagle | kumicho
