I was wondering if it's possible to access historical contest data with this API?

It isn't possible right now but it would be pretty easy to add.

The URL you'd need to hit is https://api.fanduel.com/contests/[contest_id]

Replacing "[contest_id]" with the ID of the contest you're interested in. They usually take the form of "16161-25630331" where "16161" is the "slate ID".
