Any plan to using ggml master branch，in case we combin other project base on ggml?

That's the goal, but the other way around: the ops need to go upstream into GGML first.

GGML's existing 1D ops are too naive for a neural audio codec: the Oobleck VAE needs fused Snake activations and GEMM-based transposed convolutions at up to 491k timesteps. None of that existed in GGML before.
The fork adds two ops (GGML_OP_SNAKE and GGML_OP_COL2IM_1D). Details in the README under "Patched GGML fork".

Right now I'm focused on finishing the app so it works one-click on every platform with a user-friendly README. Once that's done I'll work with Georgi on upstreaming the ops. KoboldCpp would benefit from them too, so there's shared interest. After that the fork rebases cleanly onto master.
