Review sn-client-cli functionality

 - **download location** should be specified by the end-user. Downloading to *node_modules* should be removed.
 - **schemas** should be excluded from downloading - they should be loaded at runtime
 - We should also talk about **localization**
 - **sn.config.js should be abandoned** - developers should be advised to use environment values for environment-specific config
