Charset issue under Windows 10

I have problem with russian text in my cmd.
For example if I run RESYNC to wrong destination I see:
*** ERROR : N:/: ╨б╨╕╤Б╤В╨╡╨╝╨╡ ╨╜╨╡ ╤Г╨┤╨░╨╡╤В╤Б╤П ╨╜╨░╨╣╤В╨╕ ╤Г╨║╨░╨╖╨░╨╜╨╜╤Л╨╣ ╨┐╤Г╤В╤М.
But if I type chcp 65001 first and then run RESYNC I see correct message:
*** ERROR : N:/: Системе не удается найти указанный путь.
Not sure if this is problem with RESYNC but it would be nice if it could be fixed.

Normally Resync should be able to handle foreign UTF8 strings well, but indeed the messages sent to the console command may exhibit problems. I'll make a few tests this weekend using both Cyrillic and Japanese file and folder names, to see what needs to be fixed.
PS: Sorry for the very late answer, I was unaware that an issue had been raised... :(
