Issue: Set up backend to Supabase for database development

Description

The project will be pivoting to Supabase in the backend to expedite the development. The goal is to get a local supabase development environment ready for database development.

Tasks

• Remove all other backend technologies from the repo
• Install Supabase CLI to get a local instance started
• Create development scripts that starts and stops supabase docker instances. See @IsaacJrTypes for hints to more advanced useful scripts.
• Note: this branch will not be merged to main yet... We will use the branch to work off of.
