EventGhost is a GLP2 open source app for scripting actions in windows. For example, connect to this WIFI, mute audio device.

I decided that I would learn how to create a scoop manifest to allow me to monitor and manage updates automatically, rather than installing via the .exe like a normal person might do.

A pull request will follow. Tested script locally. both installation and uninstallation test good. Feedback welcome
