Organization - full support

We need org support both at the nanopub level (publish verified membership status as NP) AND at the application level (authentication and billing), and keep both in sync.

• Fix important auth and UX issues

  • Fix auth/invite issues
  • Force user to enter email if they used ORCID
  • Add a notifications system so users dont miss invites or verifying email
  • Test/fix all edge cases
    • PW reset
    • Invite user not already in system

• App-level orgs and membership

  • Roles - admin, member
  • Invites
  • Display memberships in profile
  • Allow users to create/edit orgs themselves (feature exists but disabled currently)
  • Billing

• Hooks to sync app DB to nanopub network

  • Membership changes
  • Role changes
  • Org name changes
  • Creation/deletion of org
