What do you need help with?
As a part of the IDS efforts for ISB (Integrated Structural Biology) platform, we would like to set up a few GitHub repositories. We envision there will be a python package for creating and validating multimodal datasets and a separate package for the visualization. Where should we create such repositories?
Context
The IDS-ISB core group currently consists of 5 members (located at 5 different universities), all of whom have a SciLifeLab affiliation/email. We can, of course, use personal repositories, but it is not sustainable. I am guessing other platforms may have similar requests wrt IDS.
What you've considered (optional)
I assume one option is to have them at https://github.com/SciLifeLab
Timeline
It is not urgent but we are currently working on prototypes and within the month we will start developing a prototype
