pdfRenderer has been updated and support annotations - enhancement for 'pdfx' #584

I do not see annotations in pdf in application after using pdfRenderer.Page.render()
It was also not possible, because Android does not support it in pdfRenderer, which is used by 'pdfx'.
But it looks, that pdfRenderer has been expanded for Androind in API level 35. There is a new funciton 'render' for pdfRenderer.Page, in which new params (RenderParams) can be set: FLAG_RENDER_TEXT_ANNOTATIONS, FLAG_RENDER_HIGHLIGHT_ANNOTATIONS.

It would be great to update 'pdfx' and add supprtion of annotations in pdf.
