quick and dirty vscode for better nodepod debugging?

I am trying to run vue init latest and npm run dev but there is a case sensitivity error and I can't really debug it because node_modules is kinda hidden from the monaco editor. I see demos of vscode web using a virtual filesystem, I think getting a proper vscode would help the nodepod debugging

Hey there,

We're aware of some Vue (and Nuxt) specific issue, I'm already working on fixing these.

Regarding the VS Code thing: wZed's UI is partially based on the Monaco Editor, which is the same editor that VS Code uses. The reason we only use this and not the full VS Code for Web system is that it's massive, and wZed is supposed to be a small, easy-to-use playground.

That said, the node_modules folder being hidden from the file explorer is definitely something we can fix. We did hide it for a reason, though, a node_modules folder can contain hundreds of packages and tens of thousands of files. Having all of that in the UI presents a clear performance concern. However, this could also be addressed with virtualization.

We're still evaluating our options: either move over to the full VS Code experience or keep things small and make targeted improvements. We'll keep you updated.
