Text change missing on case 1-2

A wild "Sholmes" appearing on case 1-2 part 2, in the First-Class Passageway after talking with Hosonaga and exiting from the victim's cabin

And another one on the start of part 3. May be a case of upper case text not changed or detected by the patch?
