FR: Hold Middle Mouse Button to pan canvas

Add an option to allow panning the canvas using the middle mouse button, instead of the current method of holding the SPACEBAR + mouse drag. Many design, drawing, and 3D applications use the middle mouse button for panning by default, making it a more intuitive and consistent interaction for users familiar with these tools.
