I've been watching Hands-On Workshop on Training and Using Transformers by Ryan Chesler,
It's great !

There is an issue with the notebooks files in the read me,
Trying to find the Week 2 Colab notebook "Intro to Transformers(Part 2 - Data + pretraining).ipynb", it seems the link below points to Week 4 Colab notebook " Intro to Transformers(Part 4 - finetuning).ipynb"

Could you please help us sharing a link to the good colab file ?

Please note that from the youtube video, I can see somehow the link is correct, at the time of video 2. Maybe the file has been overwritten with week 4 notebook.
