Recipe finder with Pantry Search

I would like to contribute by adding a recipe finder that that helps users make the most of what they already have in their kitchen. This allows users to input ingredients from their pantry and refrigerator, then suggests recipes that can be made using those ingredients by integrating with a recipe API.

Please assign me this issue and add hacktoberfest label to it.
