How do i actually use this

I'm trying to use this flake to maintain my aur packages, thing is i'm not exactly on how to do that
For example i don't really know what is meant to be a "clean chroot", is it supposed to be any directory in my system ?
I also can't build packages that needs dependencies from the aur, devtools cannot find them and makeppkg can't find a fakeroot binary

I do it with paru -B. paru should be configured with Chroot option enabled in paru.conf and devtools needs to be installed too.

Followed the instruction from the arch wiki âge u sent, mkarchroot $CHROOT/root base-devel, issue is i can't use nix-direnv cuz of permissions and stuff

error:
       … while fetching the input 'path:/mnt/media/Programmation/Arch'

       error: opening file '/mnt/media/Programmation/Arch/root/etc/.pwd.lock': Permission denied

is there a way to make it work by any chances ?
