Widget Hangs

Initial install worked then stopped after about 3 days.
Error - took too long to load.
Tried to remove from dashboard and uninstall the extension, then install and re-add to dashboard.
Any ideas?

PS - really useful widget to expose the number of warnings - in our case 15000.
