Reorganize the toolbox

At the moment the toolbox is a fork from https://github.com/miladmozafari/SpykeTorch. We should change the Readme.m and rename folders and get rid of the functionalities that we don't use. Bulletpoints:

• Change readme.m and maintain reference to the base toolbox
• Rename main folder
• get rid of the code we don't need.
• change the docs
