Tokens (SOV) attemptring to transfer show pending buit not completed.

* Steps to Reproduce

1. in sid click send
2. enter sov revioeving wallet id
3. choose amount
4. send

* Expected Behavior

the transfer to startas pengion and then to be cometed and the tokens to be in the reviecerfs wallet

* Actual Behavior

Shows pending and then times out

* Severity

Critical – Crash / data loss / security issue
