Change target save and update minum distances. #121
Description
As an addendum to #117 can you change the minimum distance check from 1 arcmin to 1 arcsec for target update?
The update minimum can be less than the save minimum, if they were to use separate routes. So to save a brand new target, it could be say, 3 arcsec. to update, it should be no more than 1 arcsec. This is becaue SNe can occur in the same galaxy, so-called siblings, and these are some of the most scientifically interesting SNe.
