• Minimal wasm build target and CI check.
• One hooks-oriented experiment path documented and reproducible.
• Constraints documented for runtime safety and determinism.

• WASM build artifacts are reproducible in CI.
• A reference experiment is documented end-to-end.
• Explicit boundary between research tooling and production paths.
