SSH and Desktop of VMs start in /home/ucloud instead of /work

When SSHing to any job with SSH attach or using the inital desktop for VMs they start in the /home/ucloud folder instead of /work that is ussual.

Reproduce DEV:

• Upload SSH key to UCloud
• Attempt to run job with SSH attached.
• Use the given SSH command to SSH to the job
• See that it starts in /home/ucloud

Otherwise:

• Start VM
• Once started push "Open Desktop"
• login and see that it starts in /home/ucloud
