  • Interface PyTom with WarpM / Relion / IMOD

    PyTom would greatly benefit from having the ability to combine its qualities with features from other software packages such as WarpM, IMOD and Relion. This requires conversion between particle lists and star files, as well as having a compatible reconstruction process to IMOD/WarpM.

  • Unit tests back in PyTom and functional

    Unit tests are essential for any software package that does not suck. The unit tests from pytom0.972 have been updated to pyton3.7 by Gijs and need to be cleaned and committed.

  • Ribosome tutorial including CTF correction finalised and handed over

    Gijs will finalise the tutorial including CTF correction for EMPIAR-10064. Thus, the conventional defocus data will be used for the tutorial. Mihajlo and Friedrich will assess the tutorial and results.
