Still getting some seemingly incorrect csn

in the GAE directory emap-dev/waveform-export we still get two seemingly incorrect csns. A search of star_b suggests these patients were never in the source bed, so I don't know why they would show up.

For now I have added the location string to the csv files so that should help with debugging.

There's now some data in waveform-export from today with a different csn. Looking at the file it looks like it's coming from a different bed, so I don't think this is a bug with the controller. Either there is another waveform source or locations are getting mixed up somewhere upstream.
Update: The two beds show up in the saved HL7 messages also. /gae/emap-dev/waveform-saved-messages/20251210T07 has 2 beds.
